Purchase Your DearHolo Box
Choose your DearHolo Pet Hologram Box and complete your order on our website. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, and most European countries.
📦 Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for US orders, 10-15 days for international orders.
Receive & Unbox
Your DearHolo box arrives at your door. Inside, you’ll find the hologram display unit, power adapter, and a quick start guide with a unique QR code.
🔋 Keep the box and accessories in case you need them for warranty service.
Download App & Upload Photos
Scan the QR code in your package to download the DearHolo App (available on iOS and Android). Then upload 1-2 clear photos of your pet — one front-facing and one side profile works best.
📸 For best results, use well-lit, in-focus photos where your pet’s face is clearly visible.
AI Generates Your Pet’s 3D Companion
Our AI technology creates a lifelike 3D hologram of your pet within 24 hours. Once ready, your pet can respond to voice commands — sitting, wagging their tail, and reacting just like they used to.
✨ You’ll receive a notification when your hologram is ready. Simply say “Sit”, “Come here”, or “Speak” to interact.
What You’ll Need
- A smartphone (iOS 14+ or Android 10+) to run the DearHolo App
- 1-2 clear photos of your pet (JPG or PNG, at least 500×500 pixels)
- A stable Wi-Fi connection for downloading the App and uploading photos
Tips for Best Results
- Choose photos with good lighting — natural daylight works best
- Avoid shadows or accessories — hats, sunglasses, or collars can obscure your pet’s face
- Use recent photos — the more recent, the more accurate the 3D representation
- One pet per hologram — if you have multiple pets, each requires its own photo set and a small additional fee
