Our Guarantee

If your 3D hologram effect does not accurately reflect the pet photos you provided, or if your device has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide:

• Free manual photo optimization by our AI team
• Replacement hardware if defective
• Full refund if we cannot resolve the issue

Change of Mind / “I Don’t Like It”

Because each DearHolo box involves personalized AI generation based on your specific pet photos, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This includes situations where you simply decide you no longer want the product.

If we approve a return for an unused, unopened box:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• A 15% restocking fee applies (covers inspection and data wiping)

Hardware Warranty

Your DearHolo Pet Hologram Box comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering display, speaker, microphone, and charging port defects under normal use.
