Our Story

Losing a pet isn’t losing an animal. It’s losing a family member. It’s losing the little paws that greeted you at the door, the purr that helped you fall asleep, the wet nose that nudged your hand when you were sad.

We know this because we’ve lived it.

“After my dog Max passed, I kept his photo on my desk. But it was static. Silent. It didn’t capture who he was — the way he tilted his head when I said ‘walk’, the excited spin when I came home.”

That gap between a photo and a living memory is why DearHolo exists. We asked ourselves: what if technology could do more than store memories? What if it could bring them to life?

So we built it. A team of engineers, designers, and — most importantly — pet lovers came together to create something that had never existed before: a holographic companion that responds to your voice, made from just 1-2 photos of your pet.

We don’t see ourselves as a hardware company. We see ourselves as memory keepers. Every DearHolo box that leaves our warehouse carries a promise: your pet’s spirit, preserved in 3D, ready to comfort you whenever you need it.

If the 3D effect doesn’t look like your pet, we’ll fix it for free. If the hardware fails, we’ll replace it. And if you just need someone to talk to who understands — our Memory Support team is always here.

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just building holograms. We’re building reunions.

We’re currently a small, passionate team spread across the US and China. Most of us work remotely, with our rescue dogs and cats sleeping under our desks. One day soon, we’d love to introduce you to each of them.
