1. What is DearHolo? How does it work?
DearHolo is a Pet Hologram Box. Upload 1-2 photos of your pet, and our AI creates a 3D companion that responds to your voice commands.
2. How many photos do I need?
We recommend 2 clear photos — one front-facing and one side profile. One photo can also work.
3. How long does AI generation take?
Typically within 24 hours after you upload your photos.
4. What if the 3D effect doesn’t look like my pet?
Contact us within 14 days. We’ll manually optimize your photos for free, or offer a replacement/refund under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
5. Which pets do you support?
Currently dogs and cats. More pets coming soon.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to US, Canada, UK, and most European countries.
7. What is your return policy?
Due to personalized AI generation, we don’t accept “change of mind” returns. But if defective or the 3D effect is wrong, we offer free replacement or refund. See our Return Policy for details.
8. Is my pet’s photo private?
Yes. Your photos are used only to create your pet’s hologram. We never train public AI models on your photos. See our Privacy Policy.
9. How do I download the App?
Scan the QR code in your DearHolo box package. The App is available on iOS and Android.
10. What voice commands are supported?
“Sit”, “Come here”, “Speak”, “Good boy/girl”. More commands added regularly.
11. Can I create multiple pets on one box?
Yes, up to 3 different pet holograms on a single DearHolo box. Additional pets require a small fee for AI generation.
12. What is the hardware warranty?
1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in display, speaker, microphone, and charging port.
