SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (PERSONALIZED AI GENERATION)
5.1 Personalized Product Policy
Given the personalized nature of our products — each DearHolo Pet Hologram Box is paired with an AI-generated 3D companion created specifically from your pet photos. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you authorize us to begin the AI generation process.
Once the AI generation process has begun, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund due to a change of mind. This policy protects us from losses incurred on personalized AI work and is consistent with consumer protection laws regarding custom-made digital goods.
5.2 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Quality Assurance)
Notwithstanding the above, we stand behind our technology with our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee.” This guarantee applies specifically to the quality and accuracy of your 3D hologram:
- Likeness Issues: If the 3D effect does not accurately reflect the pet photos you provided.
- Hardware Issues: If the device arrives with significant defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., screen flickering, speaker malfunction).
- Delivery Error: If we ship the wrong product.
In such cases, please contact us as outlined in our Return Policy. We will work with you to make it right, which may include free photo optimization, a replacement unit, or a full refund.
5.3 General Product Information
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products or services may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
